 I use 4D Site Designer for all my projects and to my mind it is the best of the bunch. Not only is it nice and simple for creating CMS websites but you can do a whole host of other things with the components that come packaged with it. There is always something to learn for quick and easy ways of accomplishing quite complicated things. Outstrips Joomla etc in my opinion.
