Refunds and Returns

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your agreement with us within 7 days of purchase or 7 days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer).

In the case of online purchases leading to software downloads the date of receipt of goods is taken as being the day on which your 4DSite Designer order number is emailed to you after purchase.

To qualify for a refund goods must be returned to us in original condition.

For physically delivered goods (packaged software) that means unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact).

For downloaded goods this means that you must not have used your Order Number to obtain an Activation Key for the software.

In either case the request for refund (letter or email) must include:

1) Your order number (found in the email confirming your original purchase)

2) Your address

3) Where you bought the product from

4) The date on which you received the goods

5) If faulty/damaged a full description of the fault or damage

For downloaded products, refund requests should be made by emailing refunds@softidiom.com

For physical goods, the product in its original packaging should be returned to:
